This End User License Agreement (“EULA”) applies to all mobile games published by Andiamo Group (“Licensor”) and distributed through the Apple App Store (each a “Licensed Application”).
1. Apple Standard EULA
Each Licensed Application is licensed to you under Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the “Standard EULA”), as supplemented by this page. In case of conflict, the Standard EULA prevails with respect to Apple’s rights, and this page prevails with respect to the relationship between you and Licensor.
2. Supplemental terms
Your use of the Licensed Applications is also governed by our Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy, which are incorporated into this EULA by reference.
3. Scope of license
Licensor grants you a non-transferable license to use the Licensed Application on any Apple-branded products that you own or control and as permitted by the Usage Rules in the App Store Terms of Service. You may not distribute, rent, lease, lend, sell, redistribute or sublicense the Licensed Application, or copy, reverse-engineer, disassemble or create derivative works of it, except as permitted by law.
4. Consent to use of data
You agree that Licensor may collect and use technical data and related information as described in our Privacy Policy.
5. Termination
This EULA is effective until terminated by you or Licensor. Your rights terminate automatically if you fail to comply with it.
6. No warranty; limitation of liability
The disclaimers and limitations of liability in the Standard EULA and our Terms & Conditions apply.
