1. Who we are

Andiamo Group (“Andiamo”, “we”, “us”) publishes mobile games for iPhone and iPad (the “Games”) and operates the website and-iamo.com (the “Site”). We are the controller of the personal data described in this policy.

2. What this policy covers

This policy explains what information we collect when you play our Games, visit our Site or contact us, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices and rights you have. It applies to every Game we publish unless a Game shows a different policy.

Information you give us

If you contact us we receive your email address, name (if provided) and the content of your message, plus any player ID or screenshots you share.

Information from the Site

Our Site does not use advertising cookies or trackers. Our hosting provider processes technical data such as IP address and browser type to deliver and secure the Site. See our Cookie Policy.

What we do not collect

Our Games do not ask for your name, contacts, photos, microphone, camera or precise location, and we do not knowingly collect special categories of data.

4. How we use information

We do not make decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects about you based solely on automated processing.

5. Who we share information with

We do not sell your personal information for money. We share information only with:

• Service providers that host data, provide analytics, crash reporting, customer support or attribution, acting on our instructions.
• Advertising partners that serve and measure ads in our Games. Where you have consented, they may use identifiers to show personalized ads. These partners act under their own privacy policies.
• Apple, which processes App Store purchases and distribution.
• Authorities or others where required by law, to protect rights and safety, or in connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of assets (with notice where required).

6. Advertising and tracking choices

• App Tracking Transparency (iOS): we only access your IDFA if you tap “Allow” on Apple’s prompt. You can change this anytime in Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.
• Personalized ads: if you deny tracking or withdraw consent, you will still see ads, but they will be less relevant to you.
• Remove ads: many of our Games offer an optional purchase to remove most ads.
• Consent in the EEA, UK and Switzerland: where required, we ask for your consent through a consent message before personalized advertising. You can change your choice from the Game’s settings.

7. International transfers

We are based in Israel, which the European Commission recognizes as providing adequate protection for personal data. Our partners may process data in other countries, including the United States. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses, the UK International Data Transfer Addendum, or the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework.

8. How long we keep information

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above. Gameplay and analytics data is generally kept for up to 24 months after your last activity, then deleted or anonymized. Support emails are kept for up to 24 months. Purchase records may be kept longer where tax or accounting law requires.

9. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to: access the personal information we hold about you; correct it; delete it; restrict or object to processing; receive a copy in a portable format; withdraw consent at any time; and lodge a complaint with your data protection authority.

To make a request, email support@and-iamo.com or use our data deletion page. Include the Game name and your player ID (shown in the Game’s settings) so we can find your data — because we don’t collect names or emails in our Games, we may not be able to identify you without it. We respond within 30 days (or the period required by law) and won’t discriminate against you for exercising your rights.

United States residents

Residents of California and other U.S. states with comprehensive privacy laws have the right to know, access, correct and delete personal information, and to opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising and of targeted advertising. We do not sell personal information for money. Some ad-related sharing may count as “sharing” or “targeted advertising” under these laws; you can opt out by denying tracking in iOS Settings and by emailing us. We honor Global Privacy Control signals on our Site. You may use an authorized agent; we may verify your request. In the last 12 months we collected the categories listed in “Information we collect”, from the sources and for the purposes described above.

Israel

Under the Israeli Protection of Privacy Law, 5741-1981, you may request to review and correct information held about you by contacting support@and-iamo.com.

10. Children

Our Games are designed for a general audience and are not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If a Game identifies a player as a child, we disable personalized advertising and limit data collection to what is needed to run the Game. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact support@and-iamo.com and we will delete it. See our Parents’ Guide.

11. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information, including encryption in transit and access controls. No system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the new version here with a new “Last updated” date and, for material changes, notify you in the Game or by other appropriate means.
