Purchases
I bought something but didn’t receive it.
Close and reopen the game first. If it’s still missing, open the game’s Settings and tap Restore Purchases. Still stuck? Email us your Apple receipt order ID (from your purchase email) and we’ll fix it.
How do I restore “Remove Ads” on a new device?
Sign in with the same Apple ID, open the game’s Settings and tap Restore Purchases.
How do I get a refund?
All payments are processed by Apple, so refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
How do I stop my child from making purchases?

Progress
I lost my progress.
Progress is saved on your device. Deleting the app or resetting the device can erase it. Email us your player ID (in the game’s Settings) and we’ll see what we can recover.
Can I move my progress to a new device?
If the game supports iCloud saves, progress syncs automatically when you’re signed in to the same Apple ID. Otherwise, contact us with your player ID.
A level seems impossible.
Every level can be solved! Try the Undo or Hint buttons, or restart the level for a fresh look.
Ads
Why are there ads?
Ads keep our games free for everyone. Many games offer a “Remove Ads” purchase.
I watched a reward ad but didn’t get the reward.
This can happen if the ad didn’t finish loading. Check your connection and try again. If it keeps happening, email us with the game name and device model.
I saw an inappropriate ad.
Sorry about that! Email us a screenshot and the time you saw it, and we’ll block it.
How do I turn off personalized ads?
Go to Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking and turn off tracking for the game.
Technical
The game crashes or won’t load.
Update to the latest version of the game and iOS, then restart your device. If it continues, email us your device model and iOS version.
The game is slow or my battery drains fast.
Close other apps, turn on Low Power Mode, and lower graphics settings if the game offers them.
